The issue seems to be solved. We are monitoring the situation until final resolution can be confirmed. The scope of the outage was broader than only iDEAL, as internet/mobile banking were impacted as well.

Our monitoring has detected a possible issue with the availability of the Volksbank labels of SNS, ASN and RegioBank. Users of SNS, ASN and RegioBank may experience issues when paying with iDEAL.
