It looks like the issue has reoccured after a short period of recovery. iDEAL payments at ASN Bank and RegioBank are again not processing correctly. Users of these banks will again experience issues paying with IDEAL

Our monitoring has detected a possible issue with the availability of ASN Bank (including former SNS) and RegioBank. Users of these banks may experience issues when paying with iDEAL. It is caused by a larger more generic outage at Volksbank, also impacting iDEAL payments
